  Defines the Connection to display information for.
• public MetaStore meta_store { owned get; construct; }
  Defines the MetaStore to extract information from.
• public string schema { construct; }
  If no set, then the table name will be fetched from the parent node using the "schema" attribute.

Creation methods:

• public TreeMgrTables (Connection cnc, string? schema)
  Creates a new TreeManager object which will add one tree node for each table found in the schema if it is not null, or for each table visible by default in cnc.
