Description:

Gets a human readable localized string for usage, type and version.

usage	Usage id e.g. "filesystem" or "crypto".
type	Type e.g. "ext4" or "crypto_LUKS"
version	Version.
long_string	Whether to produce a long string.

A string that should be freed with g_free.
