Request that a new Content of type type is added to this.

Callers should check the value of the mutable_contents property before trying to add another content as it might not be allowed.

type	the media stream type of the content to be added to the call, from MediaStreamType
initial_direction	The initial direction of the content
callback	a callback to call when the operation finishes
