public async bool hold_and_accept (Cancellable? cancellable) throws Error
Asynchronously puts all active calls on hold and accepts the next waiting or held call.
When the operation is finished, callback will be invoked in the thread-default main loop of the thread you are
calling this method from. You can then call hold_and_accept.end to get the result of the operation.
