Description:

public bool get_bounds (out TextIter start, out TextIter end)

Gets the start and end bounds of the this.

this	a Region.
start	iterator to initialize with the start of this, or null.
end	iterator to initialize with the end of this, or null.

true if start and end have been set successfully (if non- null), or false if the this is empty.
