set_chain_function

Sets the given chain function for the pad.

The chain function is called to process a Buffer input buffer. see PadChainFunction for more details.

Parameters:

this	a sink Pad.
chain	the PadChainFunction to set.
notify	notify called when `chain` will not be used anymore.
user_data	user_data passed to `notify`
