The Individual's Personas aren't trusted at all.
This is the trust level for an Individual which contains one or more Personas which cannot be guaranteed to be the same Personas as were originally linked together.
For example, an Individual containing a link-local XMPP Persona would have this trust level, since someone else could easily spoof the link-local XMPP Persona's identity.
