prepend

Creates and prepends a new row to the beginning of a Model, setting the row values upon creation.

Example:

 DeeModel *model;
 model = ...
 dee_model_set_schema (model, "i", "s", NULL);
 dee_model_prepend (model, 10, "Rooney");
