Implement sorting using a custom ListModel instead

Parameters:

model	a Model
a	a Value representing the contents of the row
b	a Value representing the contents of the second row
user_data	data passed to set_sort

Returns:

a positive integer if a is after b, a negative integer if a is before b, or 0 if the rows are the same
